“[…] The blends of flavors were amazing. My favorite was the avocado soup decorated with this orange foam. When I tasted the flavors with each spoonful I was in heaven. We each had a main entree which were suckling pig with a special sauce and short ribs with mole sauce that had been cooked for 9 hours. It was a beautiful red sauce and so warm in my mouth. To top it off, our dessert Mexican chocolate mousse was complimentary for our celebration!”
